/overview

VETTIO turns the dead seconds between sets into the whole design brief: a privacy-first gym log that never asks for an account and never lets a rep of data leave the phone.

Research

Studied what a lifter actually needs mid-set: fast logging, a timer at hand, nothing to dig through.

Offline catalog

Built an offline catalog of 893 exercises and machines, including curated Technogym and Panatta entries, so it works anywhere.

Visual system

Designed a space-gray and white system with Montserrat type to keep the interface quiet in a loud room.

Privacy

Kept everything local with shared_preferences — no account, no cloud, no data leaving the phone.

Flutter mobile app that records workout days entirely on the device: set-by-set logging with target vs completed reps, weight per rep and notes, an in-app rest timer, an offline catalog of 893 exercises and machines (including curated Technogym and Panatta entries), a calendar of closed workouts, light local reminders, and shareable PDF workout reports for trainers — everything stored locally with shared_preferences, no account, no cloud.

/ux design

Designed VETTIO around the seconds between sets: searchable exercise suggestions to log fast, a rest timer one tap away on the exercise card, target vs completed reps at a glance, and a calendar to review closed workouts. A space-gray and white visual system with Montserrat type keeps the interface quiet in a loud place, and gentle motivational nudges bring you back after time away.
